Technically he shouldn't be able to, of the states that allow convicted felons to vote, that right isn't restored until after they've completed their sentence. So based on that Trump shouldn't be able to vote until at least 18 months after he was sentenced if not longer. Then again there is still the question of whether or not the conviction gets overturned in appeal?Can Trump lawfully vote for himself on election day?
The next 24-48 hours should be quite interesting as far as the reaction of Trump and his MAGA supporters and should provide strong clues to how things will unfold in the near future.
