Ahh, man! You've just GOT to rub it in, don't you! Aren't you at least going to invite me over to watch the next episode and smoke a J or two?
To avoid that I tend to wait until the season is over and then watch them online or DVR, it gives me power over suspenseful and climatic endings. If I can't wait to see the next episode, I don't. I haven't seen true blood yet and I'll probably wait until the series is over to start; that way I can watch them at my pace.
The only problem is you have to wait months before watching them, though it is much easier to wait when you don't have a STUNNING CONCLUSION to watch.

I just had to comment here finally. I started watching the show (first three episodes) with a friend. I couldn't believe how incredibly ludicrous this show was/is. But I wanted more. I had to show my wife, so I downloaded the first two seasons and we watched them together. The only satisfying part for me was when Mary Ann got killed. Other than that, the show is filled with awful acting (and I mean absolutely awful) and disgusting happenings. I mean seriously, remember in the first season when Sookie thought that Bill got burnt in that house and he came up outta the ground, all naked and proceeded to screw her with his dirty, cold cock? That was just wrong.
Still tho, i watch it when new episodes come on. I read about the books on wikipedia so I know a little about what will happen and I have to say that I'm glad they didn't kill Lafayette because, quite frankly, hes the only good actor in the show.

the stories are amazing imo, werewolves, more shape shifters and now the underbelly of the vampire hierarchy which btw seems to run itself like the republican party/US govt.......

Tara is in for some shit. we all know that Franklin isnt dead. as out of his mind as that dude is....it not just gonna be her. its gonna be her, her momma, LaFayette and whatever guy she holes up with. (Jason? Sam?)
as for V dosage im not sure. most likely humans are able to OD, but supernaturals may be affected differently. only way to kill a were is silver right?
am i the only one getting as annoyed with Lorena as i did with Maryann? someone needs to stake that broad. while i touch on that....what if thats what happens? one of the old legends is that if you kill the "head" vampire the others turn back to normal. Sooooo, if you kill a vampires maker, does said vampire return to being human?
