Firstly, THANKS a lot for this thread Hom...it brings back some memories to who were there...i miss the Himalayas very much.

El Rubio...good to see ya about the place lad....I seen all your beautiful photos and read through all your threads before. Inspiring stuff altogether. I also been to Nepal and I think Im in love with this country. The people are what makes Nepal...strongest people I ever seen. A 70 year old Nepali lady would beat anyone on this site in a mountain race. And she probably be carrying 60 live chickens in cages on her back. Legends.

Here's the floor after a few hours of charas rubbing. This was a jungli rub and all the plants used were the local wild sativa variety which had many phenos and smells. Ya gotta find the tastiest and then rub the bugger.....there was alot more collateral damage behind me...

Here's an example of the local peoples strength....I don't know what was in the bag but I'm pretty sure it was heavy and she was about to carry it up to the next village, which was a few hours hike upwards. I was sweating like a piglet just walking.....

We climbed the hills far above Kutla to see another farmed area and when we got there I was so exhausted I thought I was gonna pass out. After 6 hours climbing we literally had to cling to live weed plants to crawl our way to the farm. Thank god for strong roots. It was almost vertical, and being a year round stoner I hadn't exactly prepped myself for mountaineering. Thankfully, when we arrived (in a mess) we were given a cup of chai and were able to get our breath back and take in one of the most amazing views I've ever had the pleasure of wheezing at. Also, we were offered various qualities of charas to test. Happy daze.....here's a bit from high above the clouds...

Halfway up the mountain we ran out of our water supply but that's alright...there's natural springs everywhere. Once there's no village above the stream it's safe enough. These mountains are steep and the fresh water just seeps outta rock at some places. Get it into ya....cold too.

Found this little legend along the way....some kinda super slug. Much bigger than we get here in Ireland anyways. I think his name was Dave??

For guys like me that are basicly stuck in the states with no chance of ever getting to experience a trek like this ..... I applaud you for sharing this with us/me !!!! i'd kill to be able to make that trek !!!

Been smoking great scissor hash and rubbing a little charas while trimming my crop, but nothing the likes of the stuff you're posting mate! I will be up in North India in early 2014, so hopefully I get to smoke some of this year's harvest while there!

Here's another little beauty we found while combing the fields. Such an amazing variety of colours to behold. Every plant offers something uniquely different in flavour, aroma and appearance. Gotta love the cannabis plant...
