it aint the miles they have on them, it is the ability to get where you are going and the quality of the ride...
not into technology or $, but it seems so simple..
random number generator > lowpass filter > fan controller
(if not a more discretised clock+interpolation or something which would allow nice rate variance)
i mean you gotsta.. you just gotsta.. be able to put that together for under $5 and totally people would want to use it for seedlings at least if not every grow fan. i even bet it would be nicer to be in a garden with a fan that varies speeds.
