I had to have the Mrs pick me up from work today & take me to hospital - apparently I have an inflamed nerve on the very top tip of my hipbone & it freakin' hurts!
Emergency doc gave me couple big shots of Toradol anti-inflammatory (did nada) & then some percocets (made me not care my hip hurt). I've got a 5 day perc prescription & some big Naproxen.
For a pain with no obvious cause, no visible signs - it was almost up there with kidney stones.

just cored 2 pineapples, I bought ones that were looking a bit brownish, they were/are perfect, it smelled like candy in the air as I worked them, snuck a few pieces, frikkin' delicious, my next 6 or 7 smoothies are gonna be stellar.......
