Yes I must say, you can't beat the sun!

plenty here in Colorado, very low humidity as well

Also can't beat being legal either :smoke:

Do you think I should keep LST'ing them?
Lol, i remmeber only too well the advantages of good sun - 4-5m plants, colas almost a metre long....but tyat was equatorial, now it's almost polar! :D

I personally would continue training...opening them up can't do anything but good imho :)

Alright just a quick update, continuing to LST most of the plants, I've left a few to just grow vertically. Man these things love the sun!

Haven't started flowering yet either, which is great, I'd love to get as much growth as I can.

Some pics, the Girl Scout Cookies is really taking to LST'ing :smoke:

Alright, some updates, one week later.

Still not flowering surprisingly, which is fine by me, no rush. I'll take all the veg I can get, I'm a convert to solar power.

pics were taken before watering, plants were a bit droopy, been pretty hot in this particular part of the state this week. I'm pretty happy with how they're looking...

What size containers? Might want to repot in larger vessels.

Yeah, you are sooo right on about the Colorado sun!

Have had some awesome strains successes these last few years in SO CO.

Not sure what size they are honestly, what size would you suggest?

I've been wondering about repotting them or if it was too late? Is it never too late?

I can't tell for sure but it looks like I'm seeing powdery mildew developing on some of those leaves. The plant in the third pic is what first caught my eye with what looks like faint white spots forming on that big fan leaf. I think I saw it in other pics as well but I'm not certain. If so then it's probably an indication of high humidity and insufficient ventilation. Have you been measuring the humidity if so what measurements are you getting: The RH (relative humidity should be no higher the 60% to keep things like PM out of your crop.

Yeah I have been seeing some spots here and there but nothing major I think. Humidity has been in the 40's.

Okay, it might just be from water droplets getting on the leaves and then drying leaving behind whatever was in the water besides hydrogen and oxygen.
