holy shit... one of the head honcho's of ms13 was caught in mexico and deported to the US this week.. he is a citizen of el salvador, and had no valid status in mexico so they deported him... what's up with that?? how could this be legal??
i d k about mexico's laws, but it can't be any more illegal than trump's recent famous similar (and incredibly sick and evil) stunt...
where he tore up due process (a constitutional right) and deported ppl who probably weren't even gang members, certainly not all of them were gang members and iirc, one of them was fleeing violence... and sent them to a FOR PROFIT prison in EL SALVADOR instead of their own home country.
