the far right were abundantly clear with their goals back in the early days of the libertarian party. just look at the platform for the libertarian party when one of the Koch bro's was their nominee for vice prez.... they knew this stuff was deeply unpopular so they created conspiracies for instance around public schooling about how your kid is being taught to hate white people and to become transgender, etc. it was a move to get parents to pull their kids from public school and home school them or put them in private school.

Charles Koch was involved with some really filthy and very ugly thefts of a petty and absolutely disgusting nature back in the seventies.
He was sadly able to use his wealth to squash efforts to bring him to justice over the issue.
The amount of effort that went in to doing so was illustrative.

the "final authority" on it will end up being the Supreme Court, just as in most legal disputes over turf. POTUS could end it all by nightfall, if he'd do the right thing. Congress COULD go over his head and "try" to pass a law making it illegal again, but with over half of the nation now legal (MORE than half of the population) i don't think that turd would fly... :cool:

The extent that our country was run by Allen Dulles as opposed to our elected presidents from 1948 forward
has been a dark period in our history.
