I got to “MSM” and figured why bother. Typical trumpest kind of bullshit as put out be greystroked. Catch phrases like “MSM’ and “politically correct” passed from one worthless rag to another. It’s hip to bash America when you have no solutions, it’s even worst when common sense is ignored.
Service has a positive history. No shortage of need or opportunity.

do Russian "legitimate security interests" necessarily involve their "right" to intervene militarily in neighboring nations on behalf of people there who happen to speak Russian? i am not glossing over violence done to citizens near the Russian border in the east, it was reprehensible. but, in your opinion, have those citizens concerns been addressed by what has happened during the "special military operation"? or have they, along with those in both countries military, been put into even worse positions? Putin has made no secret of his opinion of the destruction of the old Soviet Union, nor of his wish to see it reconstructed. is it your opinion that the West & NATO just stand back & let him take it by force? if not, why should we not help put the fire out while it is still small ? Russia was NOT under attack. desire to devour/punish ones neighbors is NOT a legitimate security concern. if they want to negotiate, they should pull their military (what remains of it) back within their borders. Ukraines experience with the bear recalls the old saying "give an inch, lose a mile". a "horde" ? really? self defense forces facing their only known historical threat is a "horde" ? if Russia does not like their neighbors being prepared to defend themselves, they can always stop threatening them. they could always shed their "strongman" form of "governance" and join the rest of Europe in a non-confrontational manner if they chose to. until then, they can logically expect "containment", since there exists no open territory for them to expand into.
Those who are more familiar with this than I, say that he was in an intolerable situation, and that it was only going to get worse for him with the passage of time. Stated otherwise, he had been set up using the Briziniski strategy, and he was screwed before he ever did anything.
I believe we are throwing far more at Russia than what we are being told. I will use the British supplied training as an example. Not at all surprised to see the results of the himars systems that we provided them with.
We have put more more resource's behind Ukraine in a single campaign than Russia had for an annual budget.

The past three administrations have told Germany and Europe in general to stay away from the cheap Russian gas, and to instead buy our expensive LNG, which we do not even have a terminal to ship it out of yet.
None the less, how many of our past recent conflicts have related directly to oil ?

My thoughts on Putin have always been that he was the one who was left on the top of the heap when they
broke up the Soviet Union. More than formidable, and he punches above his weight on a regular basis.
Am told he is considering the use of battle field nukes, knowing damned good and well that is not where it will stop.
This is a fine place to point out that it was monied interests here in the US, that did away with the talks aimed at reducing nukes.

his time is apparently limited. he is 69, i believe, and clearly on the downhill slope of life. he should have stepped out of public life years ago (when he could have enjoyed the time left to him) instead of chasing a dream that was not going to be fulfilled. the same could be honestly said of many in politics in this country as well. i do not personally believe his military would obey orders to launch nuclear weapons unless they were actually invaded or they get hit with a nuclear device themselves. their existence as a conventional military paper tiger is obvious now. their nuclear capabilities may be just as degraded. why would they commit suicide for his "dream" ? his people are as tired of military conflict as our nation was toward the end of the Viet Nam clusterfuck...

It is said that power is stronger than any drug, and that once tasted, is very difficult to step away from. '
I believe that is true.

Putin attacked on his own. No set up. No sources for your information either. No inside knowledge from serving in Mexico. Putin is his own worst enemy.

I have provided excellent sourcing showing a 75 year history of what you insist does not exist.
The OUN and our long term agency relationship with it, are as real as can be.
Sorry I can't post the shot of Gehlen and Ike in a DC area ballpark eating hotdogs together.
Seems it is no longer to be found in the interwebs, but was once a tag on in articles on Ft Hunt.
Ike was in uniform, Gehlen a suit, and it looked awkward as hell. Classic material.
Mexico, was where they stashed several Germans from whom they wished to extract info, but would have too embarrassing to bring in - such as Dr Mengele.

There’s a difference between “doesn’t exist” and overrunning the country as you wish to exhibit.
Putin attacked a sovereign country. How’s that for a history lesson?

Put bluntly, simplistic and less than honest.
You seem to have no understanding or care for what the people of that area suffered as a result of
the provocations of the Gehlen org.
As the rest of the world recovered from WWII, that area stayed immersed in the hell of war for years
as a result of the actions of the Gehlen org. It was a cluster fuck of epic preportions that produced squat,
other than massive suffering of innocents who suffered the repercussions of what the Gehlen outfit did.
A more accurate telling of the story would be that the Dulles bros were played like a
fiddle by the likes of Reinhard Gehlen- which never would have happened if Allen
Dulles had not disobeyed the standing orders of the sitting president not to hold
separate peace treaties with Nazis.

I can not even bring myself to describe in full the terms of the deal that Reinhard cut.
Low points were that he was able to extract 100 men from their appointed fate with
Nuremberg, along with an opening budget of 5 million bucks a year, and generous
expenses. If you can read of it without wanting to puke, you have a stronger stomach than I.
History shows we got taken hard on that deal and the people in area of Ukraine
suffered terribly for years as a result.

...the statement from the governor’s spokesperson said the Florida Legislature appropriated $12 million to implement a program to facilitate the transport of undocumented immigrants from the state.”
