It does. The population has gravitated to two major parties. While the parties do promote themselves, it’s the publics choice. There’s plenty to choose from. Bernie could run independently. He’d get just enough votes siphoned off for trump to gain another victory. Personally I don’t support that scenario. It’s happened before and we ended up in Iraq.
