He had shoulder to shoulder racism to deal with that was completely unprecedented.

? Obama made 2 that where done appropriately. His last attempt Merrick Garland was stopped by Rep leaders against the rules of congress. I see nothing slow about any SCOTUS nominations from Obama. If your talking about Fed judges then maybe. Without The senate getting anything done is a difficult task where judges are concerned. If the Senate was still functioning normally Amy would not have been confirmed.

A shame the award for the suit does not come right off of the budget of the local police department.
Noticed someone asking how the price cited for the crop could be that high.

My own thought was that when the police were advised that the crop was legal, and they went forward anyhow- that it would have been their decision to proceed which gave the crop an enhanced value.
