I could be wrong, but. I'm not aware of any other 3rd world nation that has the capability to put humans into space to rendezvous with an orbiting science lab.
(Not to mention, safely, landing the booster on a floating dock in order to reuse it, drastically reducing the cost of said launches.)

Just sayin.....

Frankly, I believe our best days are ahead of us.
Maybe that's just the optimist in me that refuses to only focus on the good; those that dream big for the good of all...….. as opposed to focusing, solely, on the bad.
