Iboga, ayahuasca, syrian rue, san pedro, peyote, psilocybe cyan., changa, tabasco

I've been growing san pedro for years. :) And psilocybe mushrooms. I've had a stash of mimosa hostilis for a while now. Pure DMT is an intense experience. It's so intense that I'd recommend things like shrooms / mescaline / acid before DMT for newbies to psychedelics. DMT before other psychedelics is like learning how to skydive before you learn how to walk.

Everyone's talking about different teas, but the actual tea plant is awesome. Tea is probably my second favorite plant. If you aren't a tea believer, get some good green or white tea from an Asian market. Brew a strong cup, drink it, and see if you change your mind.

I have two supplements combos I take daily.

I made up a cannabis and coconut oil infusion. One made with heavy sativas and one made with high cbd cannatonic. 1/2 gallon of each will last us a few years, add your additions in small batches as you make caps.

Currently a mix of ginseng, ginko, ashwagandha in the CBD and turmeric, spirulina in the sativa.

Kefir and 2 of those every morning before breakfast and coffee.

I am going to hang out with tessarecting in the morning from now on!

Supplements they have at the $ store ... in addition to vitamins ==>

Ginkgo Biloba
Ginseng

I started out with a 1/2 tab of the Ginkgo Biloba. Definitely a noticeable mild buzz.

Cut it back to a 1/4 tablet. I don't want to buzz, I just want my aging brain neurons to perform.

Took about 1/6 tablet of Ginseng today.

This is "Nature's Measure" Panax ginseng.

Yerba mate is a nutritional powerhouse loaded with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. It also contains other beneficial phytonutrients such as tannins, trace minerals, chlorophyll, flavonols, polyphenols and 15 amino acids.

Each serving of mate contains the following vitamins and high concentration of these minerals: (13, 14)

vitamin A
vitamin C
vitamins B1, B2, B3, and B5
vitamin E
calcium
iron
magnesium
manganese
phosphorus
potassium
selenium
sodium
sulfur
zinc

* * * Yerba mate contains 11 polyphenols and exhibits more antioxidant power than any other tea-based drink. (15)

Yerba mate can boost the immune system.
Yerba mate tea can help you lose weight.
At 85 mg caffeine per 8 ounces, it contains more caffeine than tea but less than coffee. (5)

You may hear that it contains mateine instead, a compound said to be similar to caffeine.

While the caffeine-like effect of yerba mate certainly feels different than that of coffee, also no crash later on and no bad breath

I mentioned this in another thread but there is lots of evidence linking yerba mate consumption and cancer. Particularly esophagus, larynx, and oral cancers. I can't say I 100% believe this but it was enough for me to stop drinking it.

here's what i see on this over on the mayo clinic web site, very good source usually

The leaves and twigs of the yerba mate plant are dried, typically over a fire, and steeped in hot water to make an herbal tea. This beverage, commonly known simply as mate, is popular in parts of South America. Like black tea, yerba mate contains caffeine, which is a stimulant.

In the U.S., yerba mate is widely available in health food stores and online. Proponents of yerba mate say that it can relieve fatigue, promote weight loss, ease depression, and help treat headaches and various other conditions. There's no definitive evidence that these claims are valid.

Yerba mate isn't likely to pose a risk for healthy adults who occasionally drink it. However, some studies indicate that people who drink large amounts of yerba mate over prolonged periods may be at increased risk of some types of cancer, such as cancer of the mouth, esophagus and lungs. Smoking in combination with yerba mate seems to greatly increase the cancer risk.

One possible explanation is that mate contains polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), which are known to be carcinogenic. (Tobacco smoke and grilled meat also contain PAHs.) More investigation needs to be done into the safety and side effects of mate.

If yerba mate is your cup of tea, enjoy it in moderation. But, as always, check with your doctor before trying any herbal product.

Kefir is what you seek. Did you know that women carry an ancestral culture in there? Just before labour a kind of kefir is formed in the birth canal which coats the baby on the way out, and so is passed down from mother to daughter, but the cycle is broken when antibiotics are taken and during C-sections.
Kefir always reminds me of good poon.

Whey Protein loaded with Amino acids...( Has soy in it.)Soy sucks.I need to new can but we'll see.

I would take every 3-7 days,DAA (D aspartic acid) and Zinc.

When Summer rolls around,I would take in lemon juice by the spoonfull, about every month.

Haven't got a cold since...ummmm, When I had a girl friend and she got sick and gave it to me was about 7 years ago and it was just a cold but for 2 days. Before that...25 years,no colds or flu or allergies.

I would work out and still do 3 times a week at least about 1/2 hour.

I do eat anything else in between, not a really health nut and love chocolates.....It's either the Coco or the Lemon that keeps germs at bay.Oh yea..Wash your hands before touching anything you eat.

I do not drink any type of simuli (RedBull,Monster),coffee or anything like that.I would drink Tea but rarely but do have greentea bags in the cupboard.

zinc lozenges (or nasal, throat spray) wipes out colds immediately IF you follow the directions to take at the first signs and every 2 hrs 'til gone.

I read this in a medical journal in 1987 and no more colds ever since!:)
