That's a bold move to pop 100 seeds at once, I guess you have enough space to manage such numbers, you should get around 60/70 females. What's tour plan to grow all those plants?
My first priority is increasing seed so I'll never run out, will be growing them asparagus style and monitoring as best I can during this process looking for for a few of each sex that are outstanding using some of the guidelines Tom laid out
Trichome size and field density, green apple aroma etc
Will take clones of favorites just before chopping but not sure of numbers yet
It would be nice to have the space to grow them all out but I can see reality looming, every time I give them more room they grow into it. It's gonna be a jungle and will be increasingly hard to water :)
I have a 20L bucket of nutrients with a pump and hose with a proper hose nozzle and lift each pot to check the weight to see if it needs a squirt. Will get harder as they grow and intertwine

Also the wife will get upset if I don't keep the supply of Indica flowing :p

When I tested a bunch of hazes I took clones and flowered them all right after they rooted in 1 gallon pots. Squeezed 30 under a light.

Just tell her that haze is the new indica. My wife is currently sativa spoiled. Not sure if she will ever want t to smoke anything else.

They've grown a lot in 4 days so I'll post a few more pics. I'm picking each plant up to water still but it doesn't really take very long.
The ones with poor roots are pretty obvious. What I think I should have done is started them in a wetter medium and run with no air flow for the first 2 weeks while the roots developed

I think air flow from the start help the roots to develop faster, at least that's how it works in my veg space. I've made seeds without air flow because the fan was down and the seedlings developed slower than the ones with air flow.

I know what you're saying but the airflow in a small tent especially in tiny pots is hard to keep even with 100 plants and some will dry out a lot faster than others especially where the air enters and I don't want any drying too much before I get home from work
My small tent has LED only and dries slower while the larger, better area has a mix with HPS

Maybe you can try Cover the soil with a piece of plastic bag or something in the ones drying quick ! Will keep humidity that way .
Killer work mate Im impressed and big fan:love:

Even if the growing conditions are 100% perfect, some seedlings/ plants you will find will just take up more nutrients compared to their siblings.

I would move those to a spot that you can water easier and just feed those extra so they don't dry out.
