Tom PM'd me after that post. Wanted to make sure I didnt just discard the P1 plants after open pollenating. Maha how do the f2 generation compare? Do they exhibit similar characteristics to the specific seed mom's or do they remain quite variable with the next generation of seed?

Trying to figure out how to run the long one again. I was impressed by the short one this time again. It has alot more resin since it wasnt trapped under the other tall ones. Vertical HPS this last time and they loved pure hydro. THH .8-.9ec no problems all the way thru. Nice yield vs the tester led tent and much less issues than with hot soil mix.

As for the soapy perfume that sort of fits some of what I found in Todd. I find that THH is a more original smell with a much less refined taste. I found everything from very fruity and pungent to overpowering onion and incense in Todd's.

Shall I test my TnT Haze? Tom n Todd haha! Maybe along side the others...

I have frozen pollen from 4 THH males for safe keeping. We purveyors of the finest Thai Haze shall continue to Charge for years to come!

both. still variation, but quite a lot of plants similar to mother in term of terps, not identical though... that was for first generation moved from original. in second generation I achieved less variation with THH4 mom. with other 4 mothers it was still a lot of variation. but as you see I found totally different male in THH4Mango line... so a lot of variation.

this male brings ultimate potency. thats what I wanted.

for first generation I tried to use only outstanding citric plants. but I got a lot of phenos, not only heavy citric. well they are all citric somehow. more or less. terps are very complex, it is very hard to describe it. also every grow it is little bit different for every individual.

I agree with you, I have never tried nld which would taste like Tom Hill Haze. dutch hazes are very bland in taste. no comparison... I like this post from Tom, very funny:

I think what he is trying to imply is that a real winner rarely shows up in a small selection or single pack of seeds like most people start. So do an open pollination, then you have tons of seeds. Then grow those out and with enough plants you will find something better than you would in a hybrid. It sounds like a lot of work and time. But only one way to truly prove him right or wrong.

For smaller populations like most people run, especially with longer flowering strains. I'm sure it does seem like hybrids perform better.

sour acidic citric earthy herbal pheno. I grew it like 6 times, once indoor too.

I crossed it with black vietnamese genetics which brought fermented fruit to it. still one needs to grow like 30 females of it to find it. so not much improvement in this regard.

yes, hehe I got a lot of seeds from him, he was like I have another batch for you, and I was like oho ho ho take it easy, it will take some time till I will grow all these. sadly I grew only five females from his gear, but so far so good I appreciate his haze generosity so much, feel so good to have such haze brother. he is mad and I love it heheheehe

Tom stopped releasing seeds long ago. THH is his work. There aren't any places im aware of that offer THH seeds for sale?. The only place to acquire them is from the kindness of others. As far as I know there all repro. I don't know anyone here in the USA working with THH, other than myself. I have a few look N see projects going on now..

This is THH X p41.. This plant did not stretch at all.. She is about 3.5' tall.. She looks Satvia dom so far.. The other plant not in flower looks more on the P41 side. Ill get better pics when lights come on

cedarberry, the legend of icmag, is working THH in USA, but real work, no pollen chuck with few plants. he has seeds right from Tom. I recommend to look to his albums to see how real work should look.

yes, Tom sent a gag of Haze from 03, believe the generation that was gifted back on OG. He tried some bit ago and had zip germination. I put a few down after H2O2 soak and nothing. Just a quick trial. Will be starting um after Xmas, and most likely have to precrack the husk after a two day soak. This is the generation I started with many years ago. Still have plenty of his haze that I’ve done a few gens on over the years.

I would have to go back and remember exactly where. But when Tom was posting here a while back he did mention still doing some work. I do not actually recall if he said anything about releasing anything or not.

Back in the haze. Best of luck on the haze work CBF. Absolutely loved the ScremeN Haze around here for years, had worked it to F3 but sadly lost the seeds to a house fire. Can't wait to see what kind of dank you come up with this time.

How about some unadulterated puro P1 THH in hydro.

This particular one stays short enough to grow with ind/sat hybrids but still wants 14-16 weeks. This was taken a few weeks back. Drying spears look better than last run in dirt I'll get some pics when I jar them.

side note: the c99x seeds that came out of this one are the fattest I think I've seen.
