I'm growing Todd McCormick's Northern Lights Number 5. Has anyone grown this and if so is it really like the original back in the day?

from my understanding he has legit genetics but I have yet to grow them out im looking at getting the purest

@OGskunk420 how did it turn out, I've talked with peeps who grew out his Nl2 and skunk1 and were really disappointed.

Definitely like an old school indica. Everyone I showed it to said it reminded them of the old school NL 5. It was super fast and easy to grow.

Nice I had the doctor atomics Northern Lights bubblegum back in the day. I really love that cultivar. It reminded me of Bazooka Joe bubble gum

Much of Todds gear is hermaphrodite

I'm 9 weeks into growing Todd's Original Haze (SamS), and am so far impressed. No hermaphrodism so far. Was thinking of purchasing a few other strains offered by AG...

Only the Skunk. At least that's the only one that has for sure multiple confirmed herm grows.

Makes sense. Some old school stuff just isn't up to par with modern hybrids.
Imho Purest Indica is solid tho. Some real stinkers and frosty too
