Harvesting about every two weeks ...1 plant , usually around 3-4 oz's

good to see you in here sprout, yea that plant hit the ceiling and I keep bending her down but... I actually have been pinching and hacking in the veg room trying to shorten them down to fit in these small tent (ugh!) Im trying to figure how I can how I can turn my veg room into the flower. It will have to be sealed though since there no way to bring in fresh air unless I remove the ceiling fan.

Ive got to grab some type of light for the veg too many plants not enough lights im thinking the huge cfls that comes with the hood, make that two of those should give me a nice coverage

Ya, I own two of them myself, I believe they're like 300 watts ?
I use them for clone'n and I keep my mother plants under them
when the vegg room gets all crowded, works pretty well for me.

300 watts hmmm seems like a lot would a 100 watt(if available) be adequate for a pre veg area? only to get 14 plants in 2 gallon smartpots about a foot tall ?

two 2x4x5 tents both used for flower 750w in one 600w in the other, the veg room is in a standard bathroom with a 4 light t5 and 2 small t5's for my clone/seedling area. After school today I'll be trying to get my hand on some 200w cfls to hang over a 2x4 table for another veg area.
