You're at the right place i think. How much space is available for the growing tent? my first advice when growing on soil would be: don't go cheap on the soil, buy good soil from a well-known company with good reputation after some grows you maybe switch to mix your own soil just like many of us do if your endgoal is growing weed to make edibles you maybe like to try cob curing. will search the forum thread and post it here https://www.icmag.com/threads/malawi-style-cob-curing.309936/

Assuming your looking to grow soil/organic theres a fair few rabbit holes to have a look at. In now specific order:
- sub irrigated planters aka SIPs - very nice way of growing organic with hydro like results
- diy organics: mixing and composting your own soil, maybe even making your own worm compost
- organic compost tea brewing
- decarbing your extracts: necessary for any edibles
