Whats the closest thing you have to rikers island in canada? The USA is a diffrent game all toghther so maybe my added risk makes me worry a bit? I would love to chime in on this subject and would happily do so via PM, buy ceartin things i could write would be very specfic to one of the most unique regions in the world for growing and could realy put techniques out there that are currently off the radar. Probably wouldn't help many people on these boards any how.

Jorge's Bible has a really good case study in the back showcasing a commercial grower.he talks about the guys bills,profit,and lastly techniques.I re,member specifically this grower saying he looked very carefully for his rents.The best landlords live out of state and are real busy.If the rents on time you guys talk once a yr to renew the lease type of thing.
The second thing the article eleborated on was the ability to break the entire grow down in a couple hrs..tops..Check out Jorge Cervantes grow bible (The one with the nice bud inside the light bulb on the cover..Peace..BL :rasta:

I rented a two bedroom apartment from a good friend, he doesnt smoke, but was happy to lend me his property for growing. It was funnily enough in a ghetto area of Sydney, on the third level so odor wasnt a problem, I actually didnt use any odor control. I had 3000 watts going on in there. I just had the flower room window covered up with thick cardboard and curtains around the balcony sliding door and in the hallway so light didnt leak out at night. I had exhaust from the flower room going into the veg room, and had the veg room in a tent in the other bedroom. I kept this window open for fresh air.
I had this going for three years, and quit coz I was ahead. two weeks after I pulled everything down and had it stored in the bedroom, ready to sell 2nd hand, the place got broken into and all the equipment stolen.
Easy come easy go.

BreederBrad2 good advice man dont worry about the haters. Anyways I wanted to Pm you im in Canada too been looking into the whole apartment thing since my buddy ive been renting a house from just lost it to the bank. Anys just had a few questions I wouldve like to ask you with a PM but I dont got the 50 posts. Anyways shoot me a PM maybe it will allow me to respond back.

Ya I no my questions were more to do with how you would set up a decent size grow in an apartment bedroom (ventilation & Odur Control) stuff like that if you could Pm me or post some of that info here i would appreciate it.

same way you do in a house,carbon filter for smell,and an open window for fresh air intake

instead of renting something..What about buying a luxe garage box (with good electricity)? :chin: You shouldn't have to worry about a landlord then..
