I really dunno the answer to your question though mate. I guess the only way to find out, would be to try it.
And I'm planning on crossing my HDF to quite a few different things, so if I find a nice male next time I grow out some Blueberry, I might do just that.

Tiimtim, you know how we had that chat about coco and nutes, well how about the other parameters in your room. What kinda temps and humidity you running? Are you using co2? Closed system?
Hope you dont mind more questions I am just trying to dial my room in and aren't sure of what mins and maxs everything can be. Do you have any idea?

Hey damakkus,
No worries bro, glad to rattle off a few specs. for ya.
The veg room is kept at 24-28c, 50-70%RH, 800ppm Co2
The bloom room is kept at 22-26c, 40-60%RH, 1500ppm Co2
I use a 1.25hp slit system A/C in each room for cooling, and a Greenair CD-6 Co2 gernerator, hooked up to a thermostat, rather than a timer for heating, plus I get lots of bonus Co2.
But to maintain Co2 at Optimum levels I use a Greenair CDMC-6 Co2 Monitor/Contoller system (the bees knees in Co2 control) hooked up to bottled Co2.
The Bloom room has 2 20L/day de-hueys in there, to keep ventilation to a minimum. The intake/exhaust fans are hooked up to a humidistat, and power relay. So they come on when humidity rises above the maximum parameters, and at the same time shut down all the Co2 gear.
Hope I've explained all that clearly. If there's anything else ya wanna know just ask dude.

How long you been growing? Not that thats important. Just I have been growing on and off with ok results for about 5 years. But boy have I learned a lot since I came to the IC.
I love growing this plant. I think it is just beatiful. It seems the more I learn the worse it gets for me. I never did better than when I didnt know anything. LOL
But about your bloom room, what about lights out? Or do you keep everything constant?

Hey mate, yeah it's a constant learning process, isn't it? I started growing about 5-6 years ago, in a cupboard, and just went from there. Just like you I've learned sooo much since coming online, certainly a valuble resource for any grower.
Oh, and to answer your question, when the lights go out in both rooms, the Co2 shuts off. But everything else stays the same.

You just did everything right huh? I have had a rocky road with aeroponics and have settled down with a simple fill and drain. I am getting older you know. Need stuff simple. So I am trying to do my homework right now and make things right in my room.
