The NL/Haze used in this line came indeed from coffee shops seeds early 2000's from best Haze hybrid in town.
I had my early smoker years filled with this stuff. So I was pretty accurate hehe. The reason why this plant is a keeper for me.

The super long phenotype just has a very uplifting/clear high. The reason why this plant is a keeper for me.

Now to the 3rd pheno, that's currently flowering, (I had hints of strawberry in the slow one), this one knocks it out of the park. I never smelled strawberry like this, it's like i just touched a real strawberry. Always thought it was too much hype about the strawberry smell, I guess I was wrong. lol (Happy to be wrong tho)- This Plant will also be a keeper

The STS treated females should give some Pollen in the next 2 Weeks and females will be ready to be pollinated.

Might also jugg some Queen of Soul(reg) (Brothers Grimm) Pollen on the strawberry pheno. I'm just so bummed i never found a single male Tikal in my 9 Seeds :(

Yeah, that was weird a female/male ratio @Frank gallagher but it makes me smile big :) to read that you are finding the greatest main expressions of this strain in its latest form, and keepers among these!

Not the first time I got a bad female/male ratio. Happens to all of us I guess.

I'll post some pics once the strawberry pheno is flowering further. She is looking so god dammn fine!

STS treatment worked on all of them, they're building pollen sac( sorry english isn't my 1st language).

Looking good there @Frank gallagher :) brings me really nice memories to see your strawberry pheno, a classic looking Tikal. Are you going to self her, pollinate sisters or other strains ?

She is e beaut!

She is being selfed yes, STS treated plants should give up some pollen in the next 2-3 days.

But also just got hit with Pollen from an outstanding male I had from the Queen of Soul Strain from Brothers Grimm. It's a cross made from Princess, C99 and Vortex. Those Seeds are already ripening. I think that's gonna be a very interesting cross. Oldschool tikal with a more modern hybrid.

When @Frank gallagher ? Tikal was first a (NL/Haze) female x Guatemala polyhybrid outcross. Then that outcross was backcrossed to Guatemala, and then some transgressive desirable traits were discovered such as strawberry or peach (not found in the parents), and certain parents/lines of the Tikal family were inbred up to F6 generation. If you got seeds from last released stock then they are F6.

Tons of information about this strain has been shared in this thread!
All you need is the time, patience, and interest to go through all the pages.

Sorry! I should have worded my question better! english isn't my native language.

If you got seeds from last released stock then they are F6.
Yes that is the case. Should have mentioned that!

The thread in it self is amazing, to be able to find pictures from parentel plants is truely amazing! appreciate the hard work you put into here and your genetics.

kind regards, didn't mean to come across as lazy!

The strawberry bubblegum always makes growers smile when they smell it :) After harvest, this pheno gains sour, spicy-woody, and incense-like complexity through curing, although it usually loses some sweetness.

Wow, the other fatty pheno indeed has a great yield :D Does she smell different?
Kindly post closer pictures of the buds so I can better evaluate their ripeness.

Thanks for the updates!
