Thanks ObsidianMirror for keep us updated with the smoke report :)

All the compliments should go to komanche, who is the one that has developed Tikal for more than 12 years. He doesn't like online forums, but he is always happy when i report him about good feedbacks of his Tikal.

I also find Tikal's effect very euphoric but in a very positive way.
It's smiley 'feel good' weed that makes the meetings with friends lend to very funny situations. We have laughed a lot smoking Tikal in all these years

The Tikal phenos with more refined terpenes are always a pleasure, no matter you find the strawberry one or the fruity/incensey, both are great.

Excellent Neiko ;) Premium quality sativa flowers!

Congrats on the harvest, i'm glad you are already enjoying with the first samples, with 3 months of curing should be a delight. Enjoy it!

Oh, and I feel lucky as hell to have got two girls out of two beans, and such strong growers, react really well to topping and lst.

That report from Nieko sounds just perfect for me. I want something that gives intense colors for the first part of the high.

Would the standard Guatemalan be as good for enhancing colors or is that the haze in the mix? I am assuming the Guatemalan used in Tikal is the same as the pure Guatemalan?

Just took down my best looking Tikal from a freebie 12 pack. Tried to take pictures of the main cola but I kid you not it was too big to get a decent picture so I'll get pictures up when it dries. Nice sweet smell with undertones of rotting lemon big huge chunky frosty nugs. I marked it down as starting flowering last day on January but as I look at the dates on my other tents I think it may have been a week earlier than that. Really excited to try it out though will be sure to post back with pictures and a smoke report.

Tikals have been dried and been in jars about a week. A few have very strong lemon smells which is very nice. The keeper was the quickest to flower, had some obvious citrus smells but undertones of funk, good yield potential and a nice relaxing creeper heady high with no real come down. It can probably be grown better and will be rerun outdoors in a greenhouse but it is nice morning smoke for sure.

Great looking plants with nice buds. Can't wait to see them finished  :headbange

Thanks, Mephorius. I'm glad I have a really nice clone;) Being my first ACE grow, I was so afraid of the plants putting on a super stretch that I kept them too fricken small! From now on, plants going in the tent will be the size these are NOW... big plants, big buds;) Gonna try nugbucket's mainlining method with all the new seed starts.

Liking the looks of this Tikal so far. Less kushy than the last male I had. Should be sure about sex pretty soon.

Hey All,

What's the stretch like on Tikal? I've got two females I want to run SOG style with my favourite Panama cut. The Panama was flowered straight from a just rooted clone and was potted up from a 0.5L pot to 1.5L then to 4.5L during flower and topped out at 85cm, which is about the max I can grow to in my space.

The two Tikal females I have from a five pack are somewhat Kushie looking - same as the two males I culled. I kept one male which is more sativa phenotypical.
