I heard this one guy could bring them in to town next time he headed out at way
The county says I need a permit for these plants. They are now large enough to be considered permanent structures. And because they are irrigated, they consider them to have plumbing, and as such i am required to have septic. Catch 22 because they are also now home to multiple flocks of endangered finches, so the EPA wont let me start construction. Problems...
