Hey NiteTiger, don't want to pump you with too many questions but I am keen to know if you were going to automate the deflectors in air con plenum. Maybe with temp/thermal sensors in the pods?

you know,,, motorized gates?,,, or just manually operated?

OK,,,,KISS,,,,, go with the latter.

Just a stoner moment.

Yeah, see, I'm to cheap for that shit :D

For that price, I could get a 1kw MH ballast and bulb, and have some money left over to take the Mrs. out for dinner :biglaugh:

Wow, thanks Sonoma.

I take that as a very serious compliment, coming from you, since I'm a big fan of your builds.

Thanks bro!

I'm actually having to reexamine some things right now, so everything is on hold for a bit.

Sorry guys, just got into the buildout, and had to stop with inlaws, and that gave me a chance to step back and re-evaluate my needs and situation.

I'll update when I have a better idea of where I stand.

Ok, so here's the deal.

I got caught in that grower's trap of 'What if...' and managed to talk myself into this revolving loop of questioning myself. Like any other loop, I managed to get nowhere.

So, realizing this, I said

Fuck it. Lets go.

My cabinet never got anywhere until I said that. As soon as I did, it came together beautifully. Of course I ended up spending more than I wanted, but the results were definitely worth it. I'm looking forward to see what you do NiteTiger, keep up the good work! :joint:

Ok, the back wall is in place, with the registers cutout. Today the A/C Arrives. The walls and doors should be finished today, as soon as we frame in the door and the middle wall.

Possibility we could be finished today, but I figured 3. Anyone who's done construction knows why :D

Once the walls are in place, the Panda poly will be tacked to it, then the ventilation goes in. Only potential hang up there is reworking the cool tubes with the dampers. Should be fairly straight forward though, I'm not anticipating any problems. But you never do until it there, right? :D

No pics right now, I'll grab some for you guys here in a few.

NT - can't wait to see the new setup and yes we have a theory on estimating time to completion - it goes like this -
how long do you think you need? (1 day)
well triple that and you'll be probably right on! (3 days)

Then add a week, and then you'll be done. Also, you must consider which strain you are smoking during construction.. If you have an uplifting sativa, maybe it'll only be a couple of days. You add a heavy indica, it could be even longer. :biglaugh:
