i have sad news... well not sad but discouraging... all 3 of my tfb's have turned out to be male... so now that i know the sex it looks like i will be germing more tfb's along with a few other i am going to start soon...
i have never had a all male run maybe i stressed em or something but it sucks
i was hoping upon returning from camping i would have a female or two but nope
owell i will keep you guys updated and show you what i have going from time to time
u guys are lucky that u dont have ta see how bad I fuked up my real nice (4) TFB clones in soil.
my camera is out of commission for a bit.
but I way over-ferted...and didnt act in time to correct anything so I had ta harvest at 37 days....shit was crispin up and turning yellow left and right....no bugs tho (thats 4 sho)
should be OK tho since i harvested my last clones from same mom at about 42 days.....
...is it possible that each generation from this mom is losing some days in flower time....and a bit in yield (of course)
this one was right on 12/12 consistantly....but temps were really warm both day and night.
it is plausible... you have to remember that those clones technically as old as the day the orignal mom's seed was planted... thus technically more mature and willing to flower
I just have one question, more directed at Yukon. Are you ever gonna go commercial with these? After reading 19 pages about this plant I have a serious craving. If they're as good as I've read you'd deffinately have a market for them.
Hydro (i'm sticking with soil, i can't get my head around making this thing grow!)
Other from seed (Male, think i should breed it?)
Structure shots, i did much better this time!
everything is going well! one of the big girls has a sleight N deficiency but thats a good thing as far as i'm concerned. Hit them with some ph up'ed water yesterday, they were really craving it. No pests but still keeping up a regimne of tobacco juice, neem, mite x, and safer wax.
og...nice work bro! ...they def. look exceptional!
I like your pics A-lot too...I dont know exactly what it is...maybe your lighting, but the pics are both "subtle" and "vibrant"...at the same time....very cool...sort of like artwork u might see framed and hung on the wall. especially that 1st one when u enlarge it. Nice job

do we have a smoke report from u yet OG?...I dont think that I recall one.
the smoke report was nothing to right home about honestly... they were cut only halfway through their flowering period...
if you've ever smoked imature bud, then you have smoked this weed. The first hit did taste amazing, with lemon and hints of fuel... but it was not consistant and did not burn well even after a 2 week drying period and 1.5 weeks of cure.
of course this is all user error.
anyway, the spidermites are back! grr... i think it is the 12 hours off for the flowering period...
i'm using Mite-X, safer 3 in 1, tobacco juice, and i was using a chemical based pesticide but stopped after what it did to the last plants (remember that burning). They're damage has been minimal but the leaves on the plants are starting to droop again... I'll go out to agway and see if they don't have any good neem oil since i haven't used it for a while on these plants.
anyone have any floramite they feel like giving out? i'm desperate!
also i culled the to seedlings, they both turned out to be male and I dont want to build a new cabnet just for them when i am completely remodeling once these plants are harvested... that hydro plant really did start to take off too... finally figured out that whole ph thing
what's everyone else been up to? who here is testing fj's VB? it has sol's blockhead which everyone here should be a fan of
hej og sry to hear about that second mite attack ... its time to get those bastards out of your grow , completely !
remove those plants and spray all surface with 5% bleach in water + spray the floor ...
let it dry for ~ 25 min .. after that bleach attack everything in their is dead !
whilst everything is drying go and get some raps oil (every supermarket has to have it !!) mix it to 5ml per 100ml water in a big pot , so you want to take ~ 10 liter water and mix the right amount of raps to the water ... now take every single plant and dip it down the pot .
the rapsoil water mixture makes the leaf surface that slippery that those mite eggs get washed away ... ,
after some "applications" no eggs will remain and those plants will survive and go healthy in bloom
hope that helps my m8
