Thrips(lil worms) or something(white specks)

Some pics (note took 5, only 2 came out good enough to show).

Other half says ones that attacked some other plants outside are leaving the black on wood, paint, neighbors drive (one of the tomato plants has grown over half their drive) that doesn't wash off, but we aren't sure if from this bug or tomato worm, which is all we thought the below lady had when brought in storeroom (carpeted) and bombed her twice. A week later, she had these:

Note the top one is the underside of uppermost big leaf.

The lil girls are getting organicide showers every couple day and yesterday, only saw 2 fungus gnats which are a lil problem I battle regularly (lots of empty cans and fresh veg & fruit around). No "white dust" flying around like when removing this one. I haven't even treated this one with anything cuz of it being 4 (now 5) weeks into flower.

I have 2 fans going 24/7 in closet with the two mothers harvested after 2 days with this one (when white things showed up) but were ready to come up anyway. I removed almost all foliage but bud and they do not seem to have the bugs on these.

Pseudonym - Spinosad is not approved by Agriculture Canada yet - just a matter of time. I picked up some in the US and it is THE solution to thrips.
