Why does the IRS say that trump owes them $72.9 million?

That sounds like a shady way for you to claim avoidance.

If he finally avoids paying that back in the future, which politicians do you think helped him get that done?

Everyone say thanks Obama.

Until 2009, those coupons could be used to wipe away taxes going back only two years. But that November, the window was more than doubled by a little-noticed provision in a bill Mr. Obama signed as part of the Great Recession recovery effort. Now business owners could request full refunds of taxes paid in the prior four years, and 50 percent of those from the year before that.

Mr. Trump had paid no income taxes in 2008. But the change meant that when he filed his taxes for 2009, he could seek a refund of not just the $13.3 million he had paid in 2007, but also the combined $56.9 million paid in 2005 and 2006, when “The Apprentice” created what was likely the biggest income tax bite of his life.

The records reviewed by The Times indicate that Mr. Trump filed for the first of several tranches of his refund several weeks later, in January 2010. That set off what tax professionals refer to as a “quickie refund,” a check processed in 90 days on a tentative basis, pending an audit by the I.R.S.

His total federal income tax refund would eventually grow to $70.1 million, plus $2,733,184 in interest. He also received $21.2 million in state and local refunds, which often piggyback on federal filings.

“Vice President Biden intends to deliver his debate answers in words. If the president thinks his best case is made in urine he can have at it,” said Kate Bedingfield, Biden’s deputy campaign manager. “We’d expect nothing less from Donald Trump, who pissed away the chance to protect the lives of 200K Americans when he didn't make a plan to stop COVID-19.”

Trumps taxes finally come out.

Up next Eric Trump's deposition by Oct 7th.

Hate to burst your bubbles.....but trumps assets were placed in a revocable trust fund and his businesses were signed over to his sons in2017 when he took office ...you dont remeber this?
When a revocable trust earns income it is distributed amongst beneficiaries that are responsible for the taxes on that individual portion minus any right offs or exemptions...vs the trust
Having full responsibility for the tax burden of any earned income
As we know trump donates his salery to various government programs and charities so he has no
Personal income
Because it is revocable...when trump is done being president in 2024....he can then revoke the trust
And be the sole beneficiary of the trust or recieve all his assets back just as they were when the trust started..

Im suprised he has paid any taxes at all ...you might get to sue trump for his taxes.....but no one can sue to release the trust fund tax info as it is a seperate entity from his personal taxes

My question is who the fuck cares? It wont stop trumps third supreme court nominee from being seated next month :dance013:

Hello all,

And then there is this....buahahahahahaha

NATION & WORLD
Trump trust allows president to easily withdraw money

https://www.chicagotribune.com/nation-world/ct-trump-blind-trust-20170403-story.html

The filing, first reported by ProPublica and found on Page 161 of 166 of a bundle of documents released last week by the General Services Administration, says the trust that owns hundreds of Trump businesses "shall distribute net income or principal to Donald J. Trump at his request," or whenever his son and a longtime employee "deem appropriate."

Trump and his attorneys have pointed to the Donald J. Trump Revocable Trust as a response to widespread worries from ethics lawyers, who have said Trump's refusal to divest ownership of his company creates the potential that he can derive personal profit from his public office.

Meds, you need to do better research, ay? buahahahahahaha

Its called tax evasion BM

Doubtful. I bet the truth is about to be revealed about the income tax. There are a few people, who have sued the government and won, in order to not pay the federal incom tax, which is an unconstitutional tax. I bet the timing is coinciding with the fact that they are going to end the income tax once and for all. And also fix other serious problems with the economy. I think the people are about to be educated!

Hello all,

Today in the press briefing (that was not) tRump said that the NYT never contacted him about the story or knew about it but in the story the article states conversations with his attorney.

More lies, more still to come.

I do not accept this boogie, the question is, why do you still?

See Trump humpers? That's how it's supposed to work

I can't believe y'all are arguing about donnies "business acumen". He has been a known shit-businessman for DECADES! DECADES!!! It wasn't even contested til the white trash decided he was a "guud" businessman before the election. You know how hard it is to lose money on a casino?! Or on a boxing promotion company w multiple world champions? You know the amount of energy and graft it takes to torpedo money printing presses like that?
I really don't think this is a big deal. I really don't. I mean, we knew he fails at almost everything he's done. And trumphumpers know that they don't care, they just gonna scream fake news as loud as they can. I don't know why there is any presidential campaigning going on. If there is anyone in America who hasn't made up their mind, they are actually lower on the totem pole than the meth smoking incest babies that worship him. Let it go, football season started.

Well Donny claims he can't because he's being audited. Which is 100% patently false.

Just another lie from Agolf Twitler.
