I had to go look it up
up to three votes lost can still confirm a justice – if Mike Pence were to break a 50-50 tie. Yes 4 votes is all it will take. I'm not holding my breath. Trusting the GOP would not be wise.

Did you hear the Secretary of Defense talking about how China has directed energy weapons armed satalites in orbit, last week? These would be weapons such as microwave lasers. Is this related to the non-normal "new normal" fires we've been having over the last few years?
We've seen evidence, time and time again. Whole suburbs obliterated, even terra cotta roof tiles which survived kiln temperatures seemed to have burned and vaporized. Only microwaves can do that, because of the iron oxide content. Trees were unscathed which only stood a foot or two away. It was like someone controlled a microwave laser from a satalite remotely and just used a stylus to scribble out any homes or buildings. Raytheon makes a fighterplane mounted microwave laser.
In Austin Powers, Dr. Evil proposes a microwave laser which was to be mounted on the moon, which always faces it's target (earth). He wished to hold the world hostage for one million dollars. Sounds absurd, but maybe the joke was on us..

if the dems had balls they'd win the senate and presidency, they can pack the courts with young lifetime appointed libs, abolish the filibuster, give statehood to DC & Puerto Rico and impeach whoever Trump tries to ram in before the election. but that wont happen. theyre gonna roll over, watch.
Agreed, The senate is just as important if not more than POTUS. They can veto with enough bipartisan support. When ever they get the power back they can add as many SC judges as they wish. we have 9 now. they can make it 12.

Forcing people to buy something they don't want is not a right wing agenda.
except that obamacare is romneycare, romneycare is based on nixoncare, nixoncare is based on the Heritage Foundation's health care plan which republicans used to love until blackmanbad.
it's yet another example at how republicans use to not be as far fucking right as they are today.
No one like that addition. especially the young. Its stupid to have US citizens paying for healthcare. Our gov wastes so much $$. Paying for HC4A wouldn't be difficult.
The “right” seems okay with forcing people to buy auto insurance, mortgage insurance and home owners insurance. They also seem to be okay with forcing hospitals to provide services when people make it clear they are unable/unwilling to pay.
These have all been in play for decades and I’ve yet to see the “right” take any of those issues head on or take these to the supreme court.

funny story,i didn't like that part of obamacare at all...until i learned that you youngsters would be bearing the burden of my health coverage,then i liked the idea!
