The Trials and Tribulations of a noob.

Seriotica:
She's in full bloom now and she has some trichomes! I couldn't help myself, I rubbed off some trichomes and the smell is very pleasant, the best I can describe it is sort of like a flower, think something like a woman's perfume. Seriotica is also showing some beautiful colors on the upper tops, I'm not sure if these colors are healthy or not since this is my first time running this strain, but they look good.

Bloodmoon:
Lesson learned on the neck breaking technique, I'll tie down the top next time. The white label bloodmoon has comeback harder than ever and she's about to grow into the light. I think a second broken neck is in her future...

Double Dutch:
She's got pistils! No smells yet, but the flowers are starting to take shape and I see some trichomes coming in!

Ak47:
Trichomes are here! She's the farthest behind in terms of flower development, but she has more trichomes than the Double Dutch already!

Seriotica: I love the colors on this plant and she's really putting on some trichomes, I hope her effect is as good as her looks. Low to no smell coming from her so far.

Ak 47: Not much happening yet, more trichomes are popping up but she's taking her time for sure.

Double Dutch: There's a ton of nodes on this girl, but not much excitement yet.

Bloodmoon: This poor thing, I was giving her a second bend to keep her out of the light and I accidentally snapped her top, it was hanging on by a thread. Really the only thing I could think to do at the time was zip up the tent and contemplate my actions. She mended herself within a couple days. I hope she forgives me for being so brutal to her, but hey I learn by making mistakes and in my eyes freebies are for experimenting!

Your garden is looking very good friend. I've noticed a little leaf bronzing on the top of one of the plants. If you do a pour-thru, catch a little leachate, and test it, you may find your pH is dropping a little.

Good eye! I hadn't noticed. I did a pour through and the pH is between 6 and 7, closer to 7. I tested using test paper. She has been magnesium deficient for a long while now, could this be causing the bronzing? I added Epsom salts to her nutrients tonight.

That depends on what kind of starting water you use. If you use tap water with a lot of impurities it can interfere with some nutrients.

Three of the girls are longer flowering and they're just starting to put on some size.

Seriotica:
She's looking and smelling lovely, deficiencies are showing up but she's nearing the finish line so I'm gonna let it ride.

You still have more time before your plants are finished. It looks like your pH is dropping causing the yellowing. On watering day catch some of the runoff and test the EC and pH of the leachate. That way you will know on the next grow what happened and prevent it from happening again.
