it was rated 9.0 on IMDB last night with about 3000 reviews, and now it's only down to 8.9 with twice as many reviews. I think it's fair to say that it's gonna rock. I won't be making it out this weekend though, I made that mistake with Transformers. I didn't even wanna go but a friend had a free ticket. Shoulda saved it for the Simpsons!

Well we ended up not making it out there. But were gonna try to catch it today. Piffington tickets are expensive as fuck nowadays. its like 7.50 just to get in. But there is this one small theater in hartsville about a 30 min drive and theyll have two movies at a time showing for like $1.50.
i dont want to spoil anything for anyone but.......

usually i hate every movie that i go to in a theater.. i can honestly say it was totally worth the price of admission(10$). i havnt laughed that hard in a very long time. go see it.... go see it... go see it... i might actually go see it again.. i never do that.

I don't even have cable anymore. When my room mate moved out- I gave it the heave ho. But I love the Simpsons! There are a few decent you tube clips:

This is one of my favorites! The Stoner's Simpsons! I went down to the local 7-11 and got a few Buzz Colas. Who could imagine something called a Cola giving you a buzz?? Things that make you go Hmmmmm......... My Colas are just about one week away from finishing!!!! Hell yeah.

Man, The Simpsons has been on for a long time. I was just remembering that I started watching it when I was in like, sixth grade. It better be good. I've seen almost every episode. I don't think Homer can disappoint me, though.

Ok, I gotta ask. Was the humor in the movie similar to the first seasons or the later seasons? The first seasons were classics! But I stopped watching the show a few years ago because the show just seemed to get so dumb that is was no longer funny. So did any earlier season fans like it?

Glad to hear its a good movie. Ive stopped watching the tv show because its taken on a "Family Guy" sort of thing where the jokes really have nothing to do with the storyline and I cant stand Family Guy. I might have to take a chance on it
