Dry Flower Racks

We switched to the Dry Flower system recently. We are really loving how efficient they are. Any other farms try these out yet?

Thanks for posting, friend. It's a fascinating photo that sparks interest. Can you explain the process that you use? Are you hand pruning or machine pruning?
We just switched up our harvest process to match our need for more joint material. When we started using this setup we would cut the plants whole and then break them down onto the hangers and then move the hangers to the dry rooms. After they were dry we would bin them up right off the hangers and move to the cure room for 15-20 days. Then the trimmers buck the flowers off the stems, separating the A and B buds as they go, before hand-trimming the A buds. The B buds get machine trimmed before getting processed for joints.
Now, we harvest the tops first, hang them, and then we harvest everything else and hang them separately. The bins will all be cured the same, until we have the Cure Puck barrels all setup, the A bins will go to hand trimming and the B bins will go to machine trimming before being processed for joints.

When you harvest in stages, do you end up with a more uniform final product, and more a buds?
