I have genetics from a roadkill variety that came into BC in 1980 in clone from from cali. It was the only thing we grew or smoked pretty much for 20 years, it was that good.

Anyway, it got very old and tired and everyone who had it seemed to give it up, I only managed to get one old selfed seed to grow. Going to pollinate it a bunch to try and get something more like its mom. It lacks in smell carry, but it is definitely a daughter of a true roadkill skunk, and holds potential.

So if he sold the line he would sell it for chump change? why would he do that when everybody is looking for it? if it was REAL he could charge whatever he wanted and everybody would pay. The thing is, its not REAL or he would do this. trying to lay claim is just the same as med man selling RKS line seeds. Lots of skunk varieties that are not RKS, its always cut with something, like deep chunk...lol i have read mixed reviews on that cannacopia variety that's why i wont buy the seeds, its not RKS. Pictures say absolutely nothing about smell, i can post up pics and say they smell like RKS call it the shiz and wait for attention... lots of that going on. I have the discovery bay cut of GDP, when its finishing up my whole neighborhood smells skunky....but its not RKS. GETMO you are a funny fucker expecting people to just take your word for it, the human race is just as full of shit as you are buddy.

I grew out cannacopias DC x RKS and had a really skunky plant I clones. I had a male picked (not a breeder so didn't know what I was looking for, but wanted pollen from this plant.) I let them do their thing (inbred). I grew out 5 females (started like 15seeds). All 5 were very similar, and stinky! And frosty, and purple. She does lose a lot of her stench at harvest. I will be making some more bx and crossing it with sour d. Sour d has a pretty strong smell, and I hope the 2 can make a good combo of the 2..
I started about 150 DC x RKS seeds, hopefully I can find the phenos I want.
As I stated, I'm no breeder. But if it turns out well I might consider throwing some on the bay (perhaps someone can tell me how that's done cuz I've no clue)

Hey ozza,

You should check out the pine skunk or RKS x Chem, there are good strong hints of skunk in those lines. People get confused with the skunk scent... it's more pervasive when it flows through bags. The thing is, when you get the bud right up under your nose, other scents predominate and the skunk is hard to identify.

I could release the S1 of the RKS, but I probably won't because there is something else in this plant I have that is unique and I've not found anywhere else. Making an inbred line only re-enforces the traits of interest, making it easier for someone else to grab- if they figure out what it is that is so useful. In this expanding legal market, this line is worth something special, so I'm not going to simply give the hard work that went into it away. Likely this one will remain as proprietary in-house use. More skunky hybrids like the pine-skunk and RKS X Chem will come in the long run, but developing that particular line in pure form for market isn't something currently at the top of my list.

Tagging up to this insanity. Went and did a little research about Lemonene. Naturally occurring organic compound (hydrocarbon) that is found in crude oil, and coal. I think we'd really be onto something if we could grow plants that produce crude oil
