11/13. it reduces preflowering. maybe yield too. i had one malawi x thai that was 7 weeks 12/12 before it started flowering, but yield was better than started at 11/13. next round will start 12/12 and reduce it gradually
two weeks from repotting. they really are one of more vigorous strains i have now. good structure,no strong scent.so far good adaptability for indoor setting.
longer ukhrul showed its 1st pistils today. i think that another one is fem too, but will see. . kumaoni is still in babypot, not in very good shape, but will live(back right)
about ukhruls. these seem to be quite stretchy, they are in 5 l containers, which is not much and stretced a lot in 2 weeks. branches are medium lenght so they are more columnar than bushy. reminds more nepalese than thai so far.
kumaoni was re potted and put into flowering yesterday. same conditions as ukhruls save for it is in 12l smartpot instead of 5l plastic container. if male i will pollinate malawi and panama with this.
taller ukhrul seems ok. shorter still not showing sex, or grow either. maybe i ditch it, even kumaoni is showing pistils. from these kumaoni seems more to my liking. but ways to go yet
the ukhrul i have in flowering has good size buds, but at this point no resin whatsoever is to be seen, so hemp? kumaoni is bit better but will yield about 3 grams, so these are about to go into oblivion.
the thing with these is that these are raw seeds, so if somebody has opportunity to make a run with these at least with 100 or so seeds it´s possible to find good ones, but to do it indooors is just not an valid option.and kumaoni should be of interest for folks in colder climate outdoor growers
kumaoni hermied, and down it went. ukhrul still totally resin free. don´t really have space for this kinda stuff. i doubt that it will be of any strenght. ever. i mean that i have sativas which have more resin at 2nd week of flowering than this at 2 months
