That high JLP describes gets me drooling,
I smoked some killer SMG a couple weeks back
and that was the bomb, old time 70's high, it
brought me back like magic. Me and a bud took
a drive and i took my pit bull puppy and we drove
thru the country and the delta, my pup seen cows
for the first time. They deserve one spot in anyones
garden, and like jlp said, just flower em after germing
and then adjust as it goes, and you will be in for a big
treat, smoking any sat. Makes your heart all excited
and your brain is like in heaven. Hope this batch
does the same, even though JLP said it was mellow
not paranoia inducing.

Hey man ,hope you are well.I ended up growing out 30 F2's and ran into just about the same thing you spoke of in your post.I wanted to let you know that you will find a short pheno when you continue growing the rest out.Out of 18 females,I ended up with 4 that were quite short without the stretch. All the other acted just like you described with very see-through type buds although the bracts were coated in big trichomes.Almost all calaxes and a few single blade leaves on these airy buds. One of my shorties had a pure sativa pattern and over twice as much resin as her nearest rival and the exact odor you descibe.Pepper, spicy, like biting a pine needle!
Tuff to grow ,but don't you just love that strange high?I've only smoked one pin-joint where I took a bud from her last week.Totally blasted, with that lingering odor/flavor,definitely a sativa high that you can really feel, almost like it's as strong as an indica, but all in the head.Mind wandering, what was I going to do,I forgot kinda weed.
Very nice of you to offer the fellas some seed to try!Take care.........................CC

You guys that get seeds, prepare to exercise patience growing these out,but well rewarded in the end!!!!

JLP,your last pics with the trichs and bright orange hairs,,,,that's one of the NH X SSS for sure!!!!!Very nice!!

Are you the same Capt Crip who grew out Blue Satellite? It sounds like you're a sativa lover. Did your short pheno have the same sativa high, or was it more of an indica pheno?

I live in a frost free climate an some of my sativa loving friends who are old timers tell me that the true equatorial sativas like Thai and Haze will have a much better high than the more popular indoor hybrids like SSH and Cindy.

....Jolly Good Show J.L.P....

....I spent a good part of last summer/fall and winter looking after the parent plants with dutchgrown that made the seeds that you are now offering up the progeny of........and I must say that the Nevilles Haze were of a fine typically tropical sativa stature ....and the Super Silver Haze Mothers were outstanding too.......the Nev's Haze Male pollen doner was massive.....and was quite a handfull when we had to take him in from outside into a room we had just built strictly for the hazes to procreate in...........I had to wrestle with that male to get him inside...lol!

.....sadly....we never got to harvest the seeds or toke on the weed because the house got busted last december and all of our hard work ended up in a Police dumpster........luckily enough when we went back there dutchgrown did manage to get a few seeds up off the floor in the room that are good.....and you got some of them to keep the haze going..........hopefully others can enjoy these genetics....thanks to your kind offer...

High JLP:wave:

Nice job you've done with the hazes. These ARE going to be very sativa...no doubt about it. You did a great job managing those under controlled lighting....in an outdoor environment they WILL reach for the sky.

Is great to see the first grown from the seeds I sent you. Not surprising, you have a good eye JLP, you selected the lesser sativa dominant as the father. Good choice.

I dug up some pics that I thought were worthy of sharing, so everyone can see a bit more about how these plants grow. Hope you don't mind that I post a few. Perhaps some pics will help those who are or will be growing the Super Neville's Haze Mix or it's offspring. They can be monsters....especially outdoors.

Here is NH & SSH half way through vegging. Yeah, they get bigger.

Soon they become this size....outdoors of course

Yep, he's a boy...a big NH boy!

This is definitely NH....nice long slender sativa leaves

And a nice SSH with a bit broader leaf

Hey Gypsy and Rez,thanks for stopping by :).

Thanks for the pics DG.
I'm sure those will help people determine phenos easier, you can sure tell the difference in the pics.
They really look nice in the sun.
I've got a couple NH phenos at about 60 days now.I'm looking forward to smoking those.

greenhit...umm, yeah.....I've smoked all of those, many times. Don't forget, I worked with all of those hazes for a long time, smoking and selecting along the way....just didn't get to smoke the prodigy, which is what all of you growing this fine haze will report on, and hopefully, I'll still get to smoke some from the many friends who are growing these out.

Good growing to all  dg
