Bummer weird. Would have been cool to bump into you again. These shows are raging. True psychedelic bliss.

LIGHT has been a jam vehicle since they started playing it...typically it has been a launching off point in 3.0

Just came up with one of my gifts for my best friend for his 33rd bday this month.

A thumb drive with every show we saw together in chronological order.

after knowing each other for 23 years it is getting harder and harder to come up with things to get him, but I think this will for sure bring back a lot of great memories.

I need to remember to keep it simple so the next year can top it, heh

You followed a passive aggressive way of telling him you want him to die present with the best present ever, good job!

Anyone have a link to the Roots show from last night at the Capitol Theatre? Trey, Bob Weir, and Warren Haynes sat in with them for a few songs, would love to hear.

No great links yet, though sounds novel vs. awesome from the descriptions. Questlove great but not familiar enough with the tunes.

It is the shit. While I was there, halfway through the piper, I turned to my friend's and said this is gonna be the best set of the weekend by far. Looking back it is. While both of the first nights were almost flawless and amazingly played, 9/1 probably being the best over all show, 9/2, set 2 was the most cohesive, jammed out sick set of the weekend.
