Good morning folks. Woke up super early 5:00 with a double pillow headache. Took 3 Tylenol, went back to my head pillows till 7:00 then got up and took a couple Motrin. It’s finally easing off after two cups of coffee and a doobie.

No big POD but it is Sunday, a day of rest. Prolly spend some time in the kitchen and watch the race unless something else needs doing.

just pop the hood , reach down and unscrew the lamp , put new one in and BAM!…

not the caddy , looks like a minimum of 2 hours labor

holy crap , all we had to carry in our tool boxes was a 1/2 inch and a 9/16 wrench , a timing light , Allen wrench , buy some plugs , points , rotor cap , rotor bug , condenser , feeler gauges , and BAM!

tune up the car in less than an hour

those days are gone unless one has a collection of cars from the 60’s

Last one I changed out was glass, round and held by 3 easy to access screws.

I as an electrician worked in a wallpaper plant when they used solvent based inks and M.E.K and I worked sewage treatment plants
.I always knew when corn was on sale working at the sewer plant.

We had a Magnesium / Aluminum foundry and a large plating shop that were tops on my list of just plain cool calls to service.

I was a pretty good bowler. Mrs Pute and bowled in a Saturday night mixed league for years. Not so much fun to watch though.

I’ve bowled before but not in many years. It was fun as I remember to play, not so much fun to watch but may be a good date thing to do even now if I don’t throw out my back
