I've heard all kinds of tales from people with various kinds of hair, for some it's too curly, too wavy. too thin, too thick, wrong color on and on we go. Them damn TV commercials trying to convince us we are not normal unless we look like them folks...bull crap.

Lucky fellow with your medicare coverage. I was surprised that it cost us $540.00 but the cost of sickness is much higher for us because of lung disorders and other health related issues.

I'm not pretty to look at and grade my hair by how hard it is brush it into position and have it stay reasonably well without any gel or goop.

On the other hand, my same supplementary Medicare insurance left me with a $472 co-pay per month for Eliquis, which I could buy as a generic in BC for about $100 month total.

It's a damn shame that just about everything has a price tag attached to it, sometimes inflated tremendously.

2 sisters I know both wish they had each others hair. I can see where a full thick head of hair could be difficult to manage. Plug up the drain in the sink or tub.

My doctors followup was un-remarkable, with all my vitals in normal range, but still have a-fib.

Still awaiting my echocardiogram appointment and sleep study.

I always wanted a 20lb lap cat.....ha ha. Kevin is a bruiser and Gracy is a little sweetheart. Both are spoiled as a cat could be. They both are stuck to us like glue. No matter where you are at they are right there. Kevin loves the heat from my grow lights. He loves to sleep in the tent. Gracy is a shadow. She is right by our side.

I will be starting my mater starts soon and all neighbors who love a home grown mater will be invited to partake. Believe me I know who the mater lovers are and the ones who put them in the frig and forget about them.

NTSB calls for permanent helicopter flight restrictions around Washington airport after fatal collision

The National Transportation Safety Board is seeking more flight restrictions on helicopters around Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport.

Okay. Now that they determined that, per the crash, they could not assess fault to either the gubmint or the airlines (convenient), at least they did some honest constructive thinking and determined that no helicopters should be operating in the area of the two main runways at Reagan (there are three in total, one is auxiliary). For anyone that flies regularly into there, this is a small breath of sanity. The airport is insanely busy anyway. I guess it took the probability, indeed likelihood, that this tragedy could easily happen again, for someone to step up, and say, enuf!

I went yesterday to get blood test results and he said everything looks good but your cholesterol is higher than last test so I'm prescribing a statin, I said F that and he said ok then ,we shook hands and that was that. The last time I took it I felt like I went 10 rounds with George Foreman.

a lot of them cholesterol studies are now in dispute and there are new studies showing we need cholesterol and the old numbers of high low are not accurate

try and tell that to some of them arrogant people who call themselves doctors and they will look at ya and ask What medical university did you graduate from?…

some are arrogant pricks

I just tell them that I do not confuse education with intelligence

Melissa is a tiny thing at 7lb and about half the size of her two surviving brothers.

Yeah mine is high too, like 240 and should be under 200. I think it was the holidays though, I ate like a pig. Doctor said keep eating healthy and going for my walks, which I have been doing. Stay high Dime
