Ronnie Boy did not do us any favors, followed by Billy Boy, in starting the process of double taxing our income that we are receiving back, interest free from them, for some of us, near 60 years. I think I was a news-paperboy when I was ten +, was supposed to be eleven but because of the way my birthday aligned they let it slide. I recalled that they took out the few pennies that were due then, and ever since that time have been holding my money since they were going to supposedly return to me in full. Yeah, right. We fought a revolution about double taxation, and the new guys come in and pull the same crap as the old..
