I am a boiler guy too
I have installed 3 and 4 zone boilers residentially.
I worked for a wall paper plant and they had three boilers 1 ) 200 gal and 2) 100 gal a hour with multilabel fuels.
I defiantly go to a plumbing supply more ,but I stock a lot of shit just by me being extreme
My work truck is ready for a invasion if needed.

I love radiant heat ,in kitchens and baths and mud rooms

I can’t believe how far behind I have gotten in my production. I had a round of clones that failed plus bad luck on seeds. Some didn’t sprout and to many males…Bottom line….I’m behind.

Gonna take months to catch up. How did I let this happen…

I know we talked about it in the past but I wasn’t paying attention

but last night got my attention , I almost passed out from the pain

on the inside of both my legs , just above my knee and down from my hips , I got cramps so bad , cold sweat , pain , both legs at the same time

scared the crap out of poor Swede..

she tried to rub it out and gawd bless her she tried

it took about 30-40 minutes before I cold lay back down

so now I’m serious about a remedy , is it potassium pills I need?

I have heard some bad reports on this. Carpet installation and leaks. That’s what I have heard …..don’t know for sure.
