just got home, no procedure due to ignorant staff...I was told I wasn't on the schedule and everyone has gone for the day...time to get fuckin rude with the office staff that should have has everything set up...this ain't the first time...
thanks for the birthday greetings folks, they are the bright spot of my day...time to take the popped beans and get them making roots...

Physical therapy went well. I actually thing it is helping at least with my limp. I guess my body was out of alignment. Might be able to walk without that heavy feeling in my butt.

Going down to see if any more roots have shown. Will probably trans plant the start that has rooted.
It will be interesting to see how long it takes to re-veg it. Stay tuned I know everybody is on the edge of their seat. ha ha

What you're doing here is priceless, saving a strain, research and development.
Probably aren't too many who can say they tackled a project on what youre doing.

Do you have pain in your thighs like tight muscles. And calves & feet feel heavy.

No I am there for the sciatica and lower back pain. I am taking steroid shots in the back but the Doc thought the physical therapy might help.....doctors, doctors and more doctors....
