I just completed my exercises that my physical therapist gave me. I go back tomorrow and need to. I can't remember exactly how to do them. I have a chart but I must be cognitively off .... old age.....They have me scheduled twice a week through December. I am sure I will have them down by then.

After lunch, I fired up the lift and drove it out to the front and got realwith my chainsaw. I’m good for a few hours climbing up and down in the lift and wielding the chainsaw so I am done for the day… I’m sure I could push myself for a few more hours, but at this point in my life, I don’t see the point… I know that if I went back out there, Subbie would give me a hard time
