Yes my mom taught me how to take a bulb of garlic put some olive oil on it put it in tinfoil then in the oven. Comes out like paste and it's so delicious. How are you old man in bc? You don't get into football right? How is everything? Everyone treating you kindly?

Baked garlic is great, very tasty. I do basically the same thing accept I use grapeseed oil and a terra cotta type garlic baker my son gave us.

I use to watch team sports years ago but lost interest. When I was young I kept score at the ball park, earned a couple of dollars.

Ive eaten coon and squirrel but never possum. Can’t say I wouldn’t try it in the right setting what ever that might be. You just never know.
