you guys are killing me with the pizza...down south pizza hut is pizza...we got a NY thin crust down town that has a great char but geebus, downtown tampa is a long drive from here...

Get yourself one of those expensive 900 degree pizza ovens and have at it. Cook super quick. I am lucky to have a ton of pizza of all different types and styles. Drive up by the slice in a couple places. You have to get out of the car and walk up to the counter, but that's alright.

Homage pizza is different tho. Anything goes. I like it simple with sparse toppings like bubba. Onions and peppers or tomato and shrooms

We have a few more genuine Type pizza places, sparse ingredients, very thin, super hot ovens, like over 900 degrees. One claims to have some volcano debris in its ovens...Vesuvius? I'll have to look that one up
