I get a two knuckle exam up the poop shoot every 10 years. The last one was done six months ago by resident doctor, who seemed to be quite disturbed when I asked him if he was having as much fun as I was…

It was in the high 40s this morning when I got up and both boys are laying outside just digging on this cold weather. I think it’s going to be an issue to get them back in the house when I leave to go to the gym this morning… Words can’t express what an awesome dog Ivan is quickly becoming, he’s picking up the mantle where Dutch left off, and I have all the faith in the world that he will be the dog that I need in my life
Big -- I gots a blue ton of saw palmetto on my land. Sometimes folks come around and ask to pick the berries. I always say OK because I see no use for them.
Do you eat them? Cook them? Make jelly? What...
I do so annually.
Horses are highly social herd animals and love their own kind.

Morning, sunny and chilly. Got to see another brother, his wife and youngest son yesterday. Talked to my baby brother yesterday on the phone. Dad had donated his remote control planes to a museum, they closed down and tried to contact the owners to get their stuff. Dad has been gone about 5 years now. Called baby brother as he is closes to them and was the one who flew them with Dad so he is going to try to go get them. Think we are gonna ride a drive through Christmas light display tonight. So we will see. Time for coffee, I have to wait a bit after my meds.
I get a colon exam every five years and have had benign polyps removed.
Covert blood on a stick will tell you late in the game that you have a serious issue, where finding and removing the polyps before they grow and become malignant will avoid the problem.

My doc is like 6'3" and has giant hands........lets talk about the sunrise instead.
I have that coming up in 25...I only have to do it every 10 years. Hopefully that will be the last time for me....
