A double gaugus clear day here, starting at 36F and predicted to reach 57F.

A fun morning walk in the park with Miss Layla, where she scored 10 tennis balls. Would have been 11, but one was in a mud puddle and neither of us wanted it in our pocket or mouth. The previous best so far this year was 4 but the season approaches.

No gym this morning and breakfast out at Tin Shed with Grayfox and NM.

A friend just got word that their ~50 year old son was found dead, with no cause yet but it appears alcohol related.

We tried switching from dark roast to lighter for more caffeine and didn't notice any difference except flavor..........or lack thereof.
That lighter roast bean is like Hospital food, looks like the real thing But lacks any flavor or sustenance once it passes the lips.
I suspect white people came up with it.

Morning

A big green tractor to work on today. It's from the early 80's and is worth more now than when it was new. The only bells and whistles it has is A/C and a cab, also a radio. The best thing about it is. It can be worked on by anyone.

Today's tractors you need a degree in computer repair and how to run and read a scanner. To find out what little sensor caused it to go into limp mode in the middle of planting. OH, that's rite the farmer can't. He must pay to have it shipped back to the Steelership (average price $1,500.oo) Then whatever the shop charges per Hr.

sorry for the rant. It pisses me off that they could be making tractors that the only complicated system was the radio....

Off to go :whee:

And back when a tractor was a farm implement, we somehow we managed to plow, disc, mow, rake, et al, without even a radio, not to mention a cab and AC.

Our first two John Deere's didn't even have electric start and the battery was dead most of the time when starting the Allis Chalmers, so we hand cranked that too..................

I agree overall , it’s difficult to find a light roast that is as robust as a dark

but there are some out there , keep trying

I know I have some somewhere , I have one of the coffee girls doing a diligent search for it right now..
