Dont know about womens hands being more common.
Maybe now considering most young guys are kinda weak with most of their callouses from playing with Pokemon.
I still have a big one on my right thumb from twisting wirenuts for 55 years.
I’ve had mine for more than 40 years and really don’t think it’s going away like an aftermarket birthmark. I do have to file it down now and then when it gets rough enough to grab onto clothing. I have other scars and dings also from my life's ups and downs.

Thinking we all have our share of battle scars that we have collected over the decades of wear and tear.

Boo is a good place to start. GW has a few stories to tell as well.

Your callus isn't callous at all. It saves your hard-working pingle** from harm.

** Yet another noun taught to me by my baby boys back in the Olden Days. Puck had five pingles on each hand.

Sample list for the refrigerator:

Fistenator, Resiginator

Both those words are commonly used to this day, more than half a century later.
I put it on my cat's paws to help with hair-balls.

Up and Adam! or is it At 'em? I forget... not that I ever knew....

The Blizzard has moved on east... not much snow, but a lot of bluster!

Breakfast down the hatch and the furnace is working!

Watched the Trump SOTU and it's not a good look for what's left of the D'party con.

I'm hoping for voter ID's and paper ballots in two years which will help whittle down the cheaters.

Hope everyone has a blessed day in the Sun!

I'm done watching the news

Huffing n puffing all night. (peak gust 65mph here) Heard sht banging around the house most of the night. Once that big light shows up over the horizon. I'll go out and see how much sht shifted from one place to another. Clean up on ALL isles....

Ford super duty death wobble repair on the agenda. Lower ball joints most likely.

@Gypsy Nirvana there's an old saying "sht eating dog" Was told by a vet that it has something to do with either lacking digestive microbes or minerals. He said the only thing to worry about is worms and bad breath.

interesting fact about ruminates (cows elephants ect.) The calves need to eat momma's poo to get the proper digestive microbes to digest the grass they eat. If they don't they starve to death.

☀️ is peaking below the horizon... off we go
True dat. And you do not want to learn about koalas. 🤮
