My doctor is female and from somewhere in South America. She's easy to talk to if I can get through the linebackers to do so.
Maybe I can calm the aid down with the gift of a box of home made truffles, using E-Lax for the chocolate.

I have that problem with my chocolate shrooms. They are so good, you can’t eat just one usually going over the microdose limit
