Both the Eiger Sanction and Loo Sanction are worth reading. Trevinian hit his height with Shibumi.
Got any pictures of that fancy 'hook' ya'll used to get furniture in?
Naa - don't think that I do Countryboy - but we had to use that hook - to get stuff into and out of that apartment - because the stairs were so narrow - and kinda dangerous

😳 - .I've lost so many pics from the past - over the years - when Overgrow went down - lost a gallery of thousands of pics - and even since then - lost a few digital cameras - and computers have crapped out on me too - at times - plus moving around from one continent to another regularly didn't help -

Loki keeps nudging me - and then sits by the fridge - staring hopefully at the handle - because he knows this extra mature cheddar cheese - 🧀 - is in there - recently turned on to cheddar - he just wants more and more - the little rapscallion -
Your wee little connoisseur knows what he likes!

My old dog was a big fan of steak night because he got "nibblies."

I never taught him to do this, he figured out all by himself that doing it was the best way to get someone to ask him what he wanted;

Smarter than an 8 year old (and a lot of growers!) and I miss him a lot.

I know how that feels. It sucks, I'm sorry.

'We' were discussing adding a line about 'kink shaming' to the TOU, in particular, Rosso was concerned about 'butt-sniffing'...then I had to inform him of some of our 'other' members preferences. So that's 4 including, 'don't sue admin'.
Ahh well - whatever floats their boat - it'll give people something to talk about - and may lead to a national campaign - where kink shaming - and butt sniffing are sold as a package - that certain oddballs can get their jollies from -

Mrs K took Paxil for years for panic attacks.

All it took was a Krill oil supplement to keep her off it for good.

You'd be surprised what an Omega 6 imbalance in your diet can do both physically and mentally.

American diet is over loaded with Omega 6 so Omega 3 is your friend.
My diet is actually higher in Omega 3 than 6 because it includes a lot of seafood and nuts, but not a lot of beef.

That's sad! And why you should sign and get notarized the contract I'm going to send over. Standard boiler-plate stuff...I'll handle ALL the details.
THEN you won't have to worry that pretty bald head with details...like POLITICS on a POT site...

Its so hard to say no to them - when they are virtually begging you to give them a certain food item - lovely little dog - looks like a Jack Russel - zing go the strings of your heart - and they usually get what they want -

Oh he was awesome- I used to joke that he was the personality and I was the entourage!

He was half and half JRT and miniature dachshund and he had the calm, serious personality of the wiener dog side. He was a lover, not a fighter too- I had a house mate who had a guinea pig and Harley would sit with it. They were buddies. Most dogs would treat one like a squeak toy if they could.

If we see those we love when we die, he's the one I'll be looking for first.

On the down side, DULoxetine is a serotonin uptake inhibitor that is also used for chronic pain and coming down off of it is weighing heavily on my sense of humor.

Yesterday I was trying to work my way through a medical technician guarding the doctor I wanted to speak to and the third time she asked me the same question I raised my voice, assuming she was having a hard time hearing/understanding me over the speaker phone, because I sure was. That of course turned the conversation south, because then all she wanted to talk about was to lecture me about yelling.

I was totally off the DULoxetine but thought maybe I didn't taper off enough so took one more 20mg tablet and lo and behold my a-fib came back. I won't be making that stupid mistake again unless I become homicidal/suicidal.
Maybe she will put a comment in your chart like my doc did…
