I live on heating pads if I am sitting I am on a pad.
Only time I don't use one is when standing or moving around.
Makes a Huge difference in the misery quotient.
I'm not sure if a tip was given - because the server guy bought lunch - and probably left a gratuity - since he paid by card
- Tipping is not obligatory here in the UK - but if ever I'm buying lunch - for good service - I'll always leave a tip -

I always tell the waiter or waitress that I can't give them a tip because it's taxable. However I can give you a non taxable gift. Always in cash.
We had a waitress in Gatlinburg, TN that was so outstanding we tipped her $125 on $100 meal.

They make a huge difference for me too but I found that it could be overdone. I saw this perfect heating pad that not only covered my full back, but had heated sections that draped over each shoulder.
I couldn't wait to try it out but alas when it arrived and I turned it up high enough for my back muscles, it heated so much area that it was too hot to sit under.
Besides outstanding, was she purdy?
We typically tip 20 to 25% but we did give one waiter a $100 bonus in a nice card thanking him for his excellent service for Christmas.
Our service got even better!

I never tip on looks, only service. To answer your question, I honestly don't remember.
The place was packed, we had waited 90 minutes for a table. From appetizer to main course to dessert and drink refills, Her timing was impeccable.
If the server sucks they will be lucky to get a 10% tip no matter what they look like.
As a kid I worked in the business as busboy in high end restaurants.
This doan make a hillashit at all. Everybody fargin knows the Buyden Crime Family is guilty of all kinds of stuff.
The BDF do not givvashit at all as long as they all walk off the stage and into their mansions full of gold.
Same with all the others. No controversy at all. The murderers murdered. Think they worry about "imputation of guilt"?

GM, I got called into work to cover for an operator,it's -18 plus the wind off the river is brutal ,the cat diesel said I don't think so, call me in the spring,I told my boss the same thing .My fingers and ears are finally starting to thaw. Mechanic is coming after lunch and he's not impressed. Looks like today is a write off,I'm going home when he gets here,all the stone is frozen solid anyway,waste of time.
