A few years ago, I was sitting with a new GP and he was asking about my history. I was honest with him and told him that I did almost every drug in the PDR reference manual and if he would get me a copy, I would point out the ones I didn’t do. Tongue in cheek at the time and he took it as the gospel. When I saw what he wrote on my medical chart I flipped out and insisted he clean my record up and put the truth and not his opinion.
